輪胎(tai)式移動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)(po)碎站(zhan),移動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)(po)碎站(zhan)(半移動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)(po)碎站(zhan))主(zhu)要(yao)由給(gei)料系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、集(ji)中控(kong)制(zhi)及(ji)監測系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、破(po)(po)碎系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)等部分(fen)組(zu)成。1. 給(gei)料系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)當操作人員設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)生產參數(shu)后(hou),設(she)(she)(she)備傳(chuan)(chuan)感器將(jiang)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)檢測參數(shu),并(bing)通過(guo)轉換(huan)器傳(chuan)(chuan)送給(gei)料機(ji),使整(zheng)個系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)同步協調工作。2. 整(zheng)機(ji)集(ji)中控(kong)制(zhi)及(ji)軸承(cheng)遠(yuan)程監測系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)式破(po)(po)碎篩分(fen)成套設(she)(she)(she)備各(ge)單(dan)機(ji)均(jun)為我(wo)公司(si)自(zi)主(zhu)開發(fa)、擁有(you)自(zi)主(zhu)知識產權。由于PLC技術(shu)和(he)觸摸(mo)屏控(kong)制(zhi)應用,操作人員可對(dui)設(she)(she)(she)備進行(xing)集(ji)中控(kong)制(zhi),并(bing)可對(dui)設(she)(she)(she)備軸承(cheng)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)及(ji)溫(wen)度、圓錐破(po)(po)碎機(ji)單(dan)元液壓(ya)缸油壓(ya)等進行(xing)遠(yuan)程監測。傳(chuan)(chuan)感器采用加速度傳(chuan)(chuan)感器和(he)溫(wen)度傳(chuan)(chuan)感器,對(dui)軸承(cheng)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)溫(wen)度進行(xing)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)監測,當傳(chuan)(chuan)感器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸信號超(chao)過(guo)預先(xian)設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)預警(jing)(jing)值時(shi)(shi)(shi),會發(fa)出警(jing)(jing)報(bao)聲,提醒操作人員注意;當超(chao)過(guo)正(zheng)常值,達到報(bao)警(jing)(jing)值時(shi)(shi)(shi),則在發(fa)出警(jing)(jing)報(bao)聲同時(shi)(shi)(shi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)切(qie)斷給(gei)料皮帶機(ji)電源,給(gei)料停(ting)止,經一(yi)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)后(hou),逐步按(an)順序停(ting)止各(ge)單(dan)機(ji),以保(bao)護整(zheng)個系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)。此(ci)狀(zhuang)態(tai)監察(cha)模塊還(huan)預設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)算機(ji)接入口,由于軸承(cheng)故障(zhang)是設(she)(she)(she)備損壞主(zhu)要(yao)因素,所(suo)以本套設(she)(she)(she)備將(jiang)軸承(cheng)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)域(yu)波形轉換(huan)
